Hi,

I have a little drum machine midi vsti where the different patterns are accessed via presets. I can change patterns using the preset spinner in global.ini. I believe it uses v-26=0,7,1,1,0,'Preset','',~0a,z968

Is there anyway I can use buttons or a knob to automate and record these live changes into my sequencer? As I understand it v- vars are hidden from the host. I want to set up preset number as a vst param?

Kind regards,
Mike

if anybody fancies a challenge the bit I am trying to automate is shown here

the plug is called mocondrum

..on the third plugin in you'll see a 4x4 matrix of cells for selecting patterns. Unfortunately these aren't exposed as parameters so can't be easily controlled Sad
