Fascinating site. And I think not ghoulish or evil really. Thanks for the link Smile

Recordings of people's last words......just seconds before they die a horrible death in a plane crash isn't ghoulish? Makes me wonder just what you would consider ghoulish.......just think if those people were your relatives or friends.......

Unfortunately air-crashes are a part of life and air-crash investigators learn a myriad of things from black box recordings which help make air travel safer for everyone.Once again i didn't post the link to be ghoulish or offensive but to give the OP a link for some cockpit chatter. If you have a listen most of the recordings do not include final words at all but more standard radio transmissions between cockpit and air tower .Sorry if you feel otherwise Teksonik
cheers Bro Smile

Yes but using those recordings in any work of artistic endeavor would be the height of tackiness.........

Hit the Water! Hit the Water! Hit the Water!......silence......

I guess that's why the site is called....last words....

Ok whatever let your conscience be your guide........peace.......

Ian Boddy's "Airwaves" sample library has some nice stuff that might fit the bill.

It is the one!
Its pretty cool. Pretty simple idea, but it works alright if you need the effect of going through the radio dial.
Were it fancified with more controls and stuff it would super awesome.
