I've sent them a total of 3 emails, dialed their forum,no dice. Anyone know another way of contacting them for the transfer? Their holding up a new customer thanks |

I believe you have to purchase the license transfer in the shop. Can you find it there? It should be $50, and may only show up for the products you own, but I'm not sure how it works. But I would look there as I think that is how the process starts.

Brent Hi Brent, Right on, yeh no I can't seem to find it anymore.I remember it used to be right in the shop,50bucks, bam' send them an email,but it's no longer there.I did a transfer with Urs today it took about 10 minutes, how it should be.. I don't understand why everytime I purchase a product or sell one of their's it's a 2day or more battle. |

Ya know, I vaguely remember something about them having to either enable that "product" in the shop for you, or sending you to a specific link to purchase the transfer, or something like that? Maybe I'm just making things up as I have never transferred anything of theirs(due to the high fee). But I wonder if that is the missing step. Do you remember purchasing one before? Good luck on it. Usually, FXpansion are pretty good with their support. Brent |
