Hi,
What is the best plugin for pan effects? Or glich effects which has pan functions. Preferably some effect that you simply can put on/off with some presets. I am looking for a STABLE but small and simple vst for this. |

Hey, you might want to check out CamelSpace, it can be both glitchy and has several panning options. Might not be as simple as you'd like though, but worth checking out anyway.

Audio Damage Panstation. Deceptively simple, hugely useful (it can, among other things use incoming audio to trigger the pan effect, which is really cool). For more direct control, check out Cable Guys' Pancake, which is free.
"Best?" I'm not sure, but these two are my go-tos. |

I like Sound Toys PanMan, but it's expensive, requires a dongle, and who know knows when the Native bundle will ever be updated to 64-bit.
Audio Damage PanStation seems like a nice alternative that is far cheaper, doesn't require a dongle, and is 64-bit. For glitchy stuff with crazy panning capabilities, check out Sugar Bytes Turnado. |

Yeah, that's definitely a good one and, coincidentally, here is one at a great price: http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=4901747 |

I vote for Panstation as well. I'd actually vote for it as one of my favourite plugins, panning or otherwise. It's become a staple for me when modifying/shaping a sound. Possibly embarrassing how much I use it. |

for artifact panning
SpectralAutopan AtlantisFilter has combiner, so it's possible combine env-gate+lfo and modulate pan. Wavs can be used as a shape for lfo.. |
