If ACE can bring my cpu down by high accurate setting and stack voices, than Diva could done this with much less settings Hi Martin, there seems to be some improvement with my current system and there should be more benefits with newer CPUs like i5 or i7. I'll have to switch to one of of those sometimes this year anyway i guess as my current PC is already around 4 and a half years old. Now that Diva is lighter on CPU it would make more fun doing a more sounds (besides my factory sounds) for it and even more if i get a faster CPU (e.g. i7). Why should be this "spamming", if we say some words about the cpu usage of this synth Ingonator wrote: In the future i plan to do a soundset for Diva too which with the new update will be more fun. As i already made a big amount of factory presets for Diva i am doing sounds for a few other synths currently.

Ingo So make your own thread about it, stop spamming everyone elses threads withyour endless chat about your bloody presets Maybe it would be better if you would stop spamming all threads with YOUR bloody comments about my posts... If you still do not understand: YES, i love Diva and i would like to do more presets for it but currently i have other projects running (besides a day job..). To prevent another thread being spoiled by a flame war with Kriminal this will be my last post here until i have to say something about the soundset advertised by Rob. Why should be this "spamming", if we say some words about the cpu usage of this synth, for which Rob wanna make 2 new soundsets, for which btw i personally really looking forward through his previous great soundsets...? |

I don't get any audio dropouts with multi-threading. Diva 1.1 sounds even a bit better in the high end than the 1.0 version... and obviously it also sounds better because I can play/tweak sounds in Divine mode. I didn't mind rendering and did not think the multi-threading would be so significant, but it is. |

seriously looking forward to these and see what u get out of diva rob Hi Cain, Im at 61 presets now, 3 more to go but im gonna do a second bank for sure. I'll start audio demo tommorrow for this. If you like nice pads, fat basses and cool leads then this will be good for you. Im just testing out assigning the Voice modulators on some patches now with interesting results. Also nice and easy on my CPU now for some reason "Fast" mode. Maybe an intro proce to tommorrow or later for pre-orders, definate release this week though Rob |
