So I let my daughter borrow my car for a week; I get it back and am driving down the road when it's time for Rush Limbaugh (or was it NPR?)on the radio. I hit the usual button, and wtf! That's not the station I had programmed! But I'm intrigued by the cool, crafted delicious pop song playing. Now I think I'm infected, but damn why did they have to almost ruin it with the useless rap before the last chorus. Oh, i know why they did it, but they didn't have to. It's a marvelous song, and stellar f**king production. and my daughter smoked in my car too. ugh. |

you need to add a warning that only bats can hear the singer or some such.

It's a very traditionally written pop song. I was surprised by just how loud the percussion was though.
It's pretty common to switch it up like that, part of that is appealing to a wider demographic. Not my completely cuppa tea but a well crafted track none the less. |

that guy can sing i get it , but it reminds me of britney spears or back street boys , but marketed or pitched as a band . i really hate maroon5 and am not jealous of there success , congrads guys . also when i here them on the radio i quickly change the station and fast . they're about as lame as nickelback . |

I don't listen to music on the radio; i wouldn't know a britney spears or nickleback song to save my life. Just a fluke that I caught this tune. I thought it was tasty, but won't go looking for more. |

Gee Thanks.

I loved maroon 5 at first, then lost interest once they started that "crossover" bunk (which I think is what we are talking about here?) EDIT: I think their first cd is worth a listen, if you haven't already done so. |

my wife loves Maroon 5, I dont mind them especially considering some of the songs she listens to that I like and she doesn't care for...she likes nickelback too but is kind of sick of them so we haven't listened to them lately. We just do everything we own on random play, if one of us wants to listen to it we do. Been doing that for many years and she's exposed me to some stuff I would not have listened to and like and vice versa. Truth be told though there are far more songs we both like, one notable difference...there is one artist she likes listening to and I almost always just skip without waiting for her to say a word even though it is more the style I like...me ---- I never learned anything from being right Hink 2012 RIP Reason L. and Ian B |

I couldn't follow the link after reading everyones responses. I loved maroon 5 at first and... I'm to lazy to look for more of their material.
Unless something really amazing comes along and it's promoted the hell out of I'll never hear it. Usually when I do I find out it was a hit four years ago. ---- Oh no, that's next door. It's being-hit-on-the-head lessons in here. |

That is the only other song by Maroon 5 that I've heard, only because the bass player in my band wanted us to do it if I would sing it. i refused. |
