I post this track every few yrs it appears.
An ambient/environmental piece musically ushering in a new season of organic growth.

I listened to this as I read of the untimely demise of an online acquaintance. The news informed my listen but I found this track to be very soothing and beautiful. Thank you.

Very bad news to hear concerning your pal. Sad
I hope your able to feel yourself again soon and keep up to making music.
This piece is also appropriate with transition.

very much drowned in reverb, sounds like the full mix is treated in it. so hard to define certain sounds with so much swamped in verb.... the phaser thing was good though, very vowel orientated which is always a good thing

The amorphous quality was what I was after. I don't think it's overly swamped in verb at all at my end. Everything you hear in it was intentional...accept where I made mistakes.
EDIT: maybe you didn't notice the boomerang like series looping going on. Surprised

Thanks. Indeed this piece felt very appropriate to the mood.

I got the amorphous feel and didn't find the reverb to be a problem, myself.

Very enjoyable, Barry. the first part reminded me of Aqua or Epsilon in Malaysian Pale, I can't remember which. I probably haven't heard them in about 25 years. The second part is intoxicatingly mellow and almost hypnotic. Almost like listening to the rhythm of waves hitting the shore.

Great track Cool

I don't know what your talking about....haha, just kidding. HiHi Yeah TD/Froese all the way. The burst of sound at the end of pt1 was from a Yamaha synth, believe it or not.
Pt2 seems to lend itself to many interpretations 'cause it's so simple I guess.
I get different pictures at different times. Maybe heat radiating off a 104deg highway surface along the Arizona desert...or interference patterns between waves moving across the surface of a pond. There is definitely noticeable modulation between the wave rhythms of the percussive Wurlitzer piano sound and minimoog sound.
Thanks for the kind words and taking your time to listen to it in length. Very Happy

Well, I listened to all of it, and I liked it enough that I'll listen again tomorrow when I'm less tired. Thank you.
