Hey guys. After about a month or so of almost nonstop work, I finally put together a new EP I'm gonna be sending out in a little bit. It's called "Caffeine Society". The link is below:
http://soundcloud.com/usamablackbelt/sets/caffeine-society-e p/ I've been doing this for a while, and I'm trying to really improve on my music style and technique. Any and all advice you can give me would be SO helpful in helping me realize that. Thanks again, and I look forward to hearing from you guys. teig EDIT: as of now, one of the tracks "I Combed My Hair This Mourning" isn't showing up on the playlist. It's on my page, though. |

Hi mate, my fav track was !I combed my hair this morning". Nice laid back techno groove! Seeing as you asked for feedback, I wouldn't put that track on the same E.P. as the first two. Its a laid back techno/ techhouse track, but the other two are defanatly "Progressive House". IMHO, they should be on seporate releases.
I have been into Techno since the early '90s and whilst I was listening to the first two tracks, I was wondering where the techno was coming from lol. Glad to listen to the last track, made me smile. Production was great and composition was good as well. I can't really comment on the first two as "Progressive" is not really my cup of tea, but the production was at the smae level and the tracks sounded like they were part of the same release. Enjoyed them mate. |

Thanks for the listen, man! I was doing my best to make this EP varied, but similar (if that makes sense). Very glad you enjoyed it, though. |
