This is driving me a bit nuts as of late. With a HDD crash, I also lost track of a lot of plugins I had on a "have an eye on" list. This particular one as well. I might have dreamed that one up, but I'm pretty sure I saw a mention of it here on KVR.
Here's the deal: - the plugin pretty much worked like IKM's T-Racks Shell, only sans the metering. - I'm not too sure, but I think there were up to 8 routing matrixes available compared to the 2x4 parallel + 4x series chain of T-Racks - it was open for all kinds of VST plugins Sure as heck wasn't eXT, cause it looked great and wasn't like a patch-cable (modular) type host. But I can't remember what it was. What was it? Who developed it? Don't tell me it was TR-4 shell as beta or something. Thanks in advance. I am affraid it was not Chainer, since it was still in Beta state.
And lo and behold, I found it again myself. It wasn't a dream, it was NOMAD FACTORY's upcoming plugin (suite) called MAGMA. http://www.kvraudio.com/news/nomad-factory-announces-magma-- -effects-rack-and-plug-in-suite-18055 http://www.ilio.com/news/nfmagma-namm2012 Then again, I'm not too sure if it will be open to 3rd party plugins the day it is released. |
