Smooth'n swift transaction with antoyne, a recommended kind of guy. I've had corrupt zip files. They rarely answer support emails. They once offered an annual subscription to download samples. I bought it. They've taken it offline and I keep emailing them (3 different accounts) when it's going back online and never get a response. You can see I've made posts on their facebook page(https://www.facebook.com/producerpack) and you can see they are ignoring me. I've bought samples from Prime Loops, Sample Magic, Sounds to Sample and Producer Loops and always got a response. If there is a BBB for this kind of online service I would like to know.
