Hi People!
I seem to be having a weird problem when exporting my project in FL Studio, There's a bar left blank intentionally (the song actually kicks in at bar 2). But as soon as i hit play (this is including the one bar left blank intentionally) , there's some kind of underneath white noise going on, and it carries into the whole song. It's kind of like these old records where you hear a backround noise. How can i fix this? |

Could be anything. On board sound can be noisy. Could be a Mic input youre hearing. |

Well, I'd recommend opening up your exported file in an audio editor like Audacity and apply a high amount of gain to the empty bar of audio at the start of the song. If there really is some noise that isn't supposed to be there, it'll become visible on the display after enough gain is applied. If applying gain doesn't reveal any noise, then it's likely just your soundcard causing you to hear it. If that's the case, don't worry about it, because that means the noise isn't in the actual audio file, it's just coming from the soundcard. If it's not, and there really is extra noise in your exported audio file, then you may have plugins that are malfunctioning, or your DAW itself may be malfunctioning. If nothing works, try re-installing everything. |

Do you use the TAL Dub 2 delay? It causes some noise constantly. I guess it can aswell be some other vintage style plugin. So just check every channel on solo and you'll find it! |

try solo'ing every single track until you find what's causing that noise. That's the best i have to offer |

also, check the reverb on some of your sounds (if you have any) to see if its causing that noise. maybe messing with it might reduce the excess noise in the mix |
