never had this problem before.
its when i use TH2 vst(kinda guitar rig). i changed my audio card. M-Audio |

Try a real time Bounce if your using fast bounce, some plugins do not fast bounce well. 
in other words uncheck fast bounce in the global option when you use this plugin. |

yes i just tried to freeze track in real time and i hear the sound was WAY TOO LOUD of that track. so i lowed it down a bit and all was good  ty |
