Saw wave played in low notes, processed with compression, EQ (mostly to boost the mid/high freqs) and multibanddistortion. Heck - you may even want to crank it up with Dada Life's Saussage fattener.

This is pretty much whats needed to achieve the one from the "One Last Ride" remix.

If you don't really understand what I'm talking about, check out this video - it should get you started off towards the sound pretty well (it's not the exact same sound, but it's the same way to get to it).
