just contact waves support, if it's under a $700 product transfer is free

if it's over its $150 fee

But if you're selling an older version that uses iLok, there's also a $50 Pace transfer fee applicable any license transfer. So I'd have to buy WUP on it to avoid that...

Yes: version 9 -ie: no iLok (Sorry! I clearly updated my post while you were answering the original). If its an older version you have to either sell to an iLok enabled buyer (and pay Pace for the "privilege"...), or upgrade the plugin to V9. I just wrote Waves support asking them if WUP to a single plugin suite can be done and how much it would cost. I didn't see it in my upgrade options for this one plugin suite (V-series). I'll post back for the record.

Yep you can upgrade a single plugin to V9 for resale. FYI...
