I'm thinking of purchasing the upgrade to full version for the Free Bundle but I'd like to know if I can move certain plugins to other folders. I use several hosts and only have certain plugins installed for each host. Can I move the individual .dlls after installation to different folders or will that mess up the install? (presets styles etc)? Thanks.

Yes, you can. But the updater then won't work properly, so you'll have to uninstall + install new version + move the plugins again.
