I have an Onkyo TX-8211 and wondering if there's any issues to expect..Are there any way to reassure this?

When doing analog connection between a unit like computer audio interface there might be hum and ground loop situations.

Things that prepare for troublefree performance is good cables and not longer than necessary.

Also good is having the parts using the same power outlets. When using outlets that use different phase from main power you start getting trouble.

It might work this way right off with analog cables.

What I used forever is a separate DAC, and doing all signals digital from audio interface to that DAC, which is close to amp. No issue whatsoever.

This way through digital(if proper stuff) is that you get galvanic separate units - and no risk for ground loops. Best is optical that cannot fail - but some equipment cheat regarding having isolation transformer regarding coaxial interface - meaning possible ground loop issues.

I've been using a Yamaha receiver for quite a few years as my studio amp. Currently I have four Urei 809's and. Klipsch sub connected to it. I connect my computers to it via a Mackie Big Knob and it's been working great.. One of these days I'm going to connect a computer to the mutlichannel inputs on the receiver and play around with some surround audio. Should be fun.

If the receiver has a 2-prong power plug, it's unlikely you get a ground loop.
So I expect no issues whatsoever. Just try it
