Is it that the file will not load at all, or is it not playing your tuning correctly?
Please email the file to support @ camelaudio.com and we'll be happy to check it out for you. |

Thanks for sending the file. I've replied to your email and included a fixed tun file.
The problem was that Alchemy expects a plain text file where as your file includes RTF formatting. Opening the tun file in a text editor and removing the RTF code and \ at the end of each line resolved the problem. |

I understand what you saying, but unfortunately it dont help me.
The only texteditor i have is Textedit on Mac. There I dont see any \ at the end of the lines , I also dont know how to remove the RTF coding. The options I have for saving the text file as .tun is RTF .odt .docx .xml .doc and then rename it as *.tun (edit) I have just downloaded a free texteditor for mac (smultron). It saves the txt file the proper way and my .tun files now loads and works fine in Alchemy. |
