Samplemoog doesn't support program changes I think. You will have to make separate V-Machine presets for each sound you want to have loaded, then use that.
I think using program changes was explained in the manual. |

I don't know about Sonik Synth 2.
I don't have those wizards for FM7 and KLC, I'm very much looking after the wizards for KLC myself. |

Some of the Korg stuff used to run, but no longer does with the current vmachine firmware. People have said otherwise, but don't want to explain how they did it. I don't really use any samples, so all the plugins I use should fit easily into RAM, yet it appears they get thrown out whenever I switch to a preset that doesn't use them... why is there (after all these years) no option to keep them in RAM? Did people never complain about loading times? What do they use V-Machine for? I really have a hard time to switch in time. In fact the loading is terribly slow. That, ladies and gentlemen, is a serious issue for me. On the other hand I can run EP+Reverb+Compressor+Chorus@32samples without the slightest glitch. ---- 'I don't know what makes XT2 sound at least 15% better than XT1, but it simply does.' - DJT http://www.myspace.com/rustymagicmusic |

I guess your master keyboard is sending a bank change message in front of the actual program change (some masterkeyboards do). Unfortunately bank change response can't be switched off in the V-Machine (at least as far as I can remember), so either you have to switch it off in the master keyboard or set it to the wanted bank number. jens wrote: Oddly enough in the rehearsal room it werked now ... (still no parameter feedback though and no recognition of USB-to-USB)
MIDI feedback works well here. But you have to know that it only works with parameters that have been learned with VFX or the V-Machine. In the controller device you have to make sure that usb is two-way, so that it also receives MIDI data from the V-Machine. |

In arturia's free Minimoog V Original I can't change patch in my V-Machine and in VFX. Any one has 100% working this plug? |

Hi, as far as i know patch change doesn't work in any Arturia plugins, because they don't use the internal patch system of the vsti standard (i think vsti standard patch system is limited to 64 (or 128?) patches). You'll need special midi messages to change bank and program; [ http://www.arturia.com/evolution/kb/?View=entry&EntryID=105 ] (http://www.arturia.com/evolution/kb/?View=entry&EntryID=105) Or you can save individual presets in the VFX software for each patch you want to use. This is not up to VST standard, but rather MIDI standard. 128 patches per bank, and you can have up to 16384 banks (using Bank Select messages - CC0 for MSB and CC32 for LSB - before sending the actual program change). |

thanx hetyus... I use Alesis Photon 25 and it changes program and bank in some other plugs but not works in Minimoog V Original or Synth1. Does work change program in Minimoog V Original with VM? Maybe its problem with my midi controler. |

No, it's up to the plugin if it supports program changes or not! |
