I will email support, but I cannot see where to download SS2. I have the serial number shown in my members area, and perhaps it's staring me in the face but I can't see where to download it.

You'll likely have to register the serial using the IK Multimedia Authorization Manager.

After you install the Auth. Manager, you run it. It will have a place to put in a serial number. When you put it in and authorize it, you should be able to go to your IK account and click on "My Products" to get your downloads.
