Has the registration process for synthedit changed recently? On their page they advertise an immediate download but you only seem to get a key file and there is no registration option in the demo version of synthedit.

Do I have to wait until my user account is created for me?

Oh, and while I'm on the rant, what the hell is with digital river and not accepting gmail mail accounts? Like anybody uses their provider's email for anything anymore.

The download(s) are on the login page, not sure how you get the login, I emailed Jeff with my key to get it.

That's what I assumed when there was not a program download, but, there's a note on the website that claims the demo is not the full version, which is in the members area, and, I cannot find anyplace in the demo to enter a key.

Actually, yes, i think has changed. You cannot save vst in the demo anymore with a custom gui. You get 'demo' eritten across it, so maybe the changed it at the same time.

Yeah, you get a blank white vst with DEMO in godawful pink written across the top. Not that I care, I buy software that I'm going to use.

I would have preferred that he made it clear on the "buy now" page that you are not getting an instant download. It's not clear that the purchase will not conclude for up to 24 hours until after you have paid. Why not change the delivery to also allow the program to be downloaded?
