It's odd that Zampler is based on Dune code and Dune is 64 bit.......must be based on older code which would explain the bank load window issues in FL Studio that existed in older versions of Dune........ ---- None are so hopelessly enslaved as those who falsely believe they are free. Studio One comes with separate 32 and 64 bit versions on the same license. So you can either run Zampler on the 32 version, as is, or use it on the 64 bit version if you purchase jbridge (which generally works quite well with Studio One). I am currently using Zampler on 64 bit Studio One Pro with jbridge. |

Probably, tho its normally safe to assume, unless specified its 32bit only. I imagine any commercial version would be 64bit. |

I have tried it. It's Like DUNE, So Effect session is brilliant!
But loaded SFZ Pitch shifts semitone, there is difficulty using it. |

Yeah. 64-bit would mean three extra versions to develop, test and maintain (Mac-VST64, Mac-AU64 and PC-VST64) which is simply too much right now. We'll definitely first look at the 32-bit issues brought up so far. Richard |

Got it. Also had no trouble downloading the extra patch bank. In fact I used some of the presets in this bank to make up a tune ... Plastic Zample .. except for a couple of effects this is all Zampler.
Used 5 instances of Beat Zampler which only got up to about 19% of my lowly CPU with a few effects. So the Beat Zampler doesn't take a lot of resources until you abuse it. |

But loaded SFZ Pitch shifts semitone, there is difficulty using it. Hm not sure what you mean here, could you elaborate? I tried Load sfz "Mildon_Lite_Piano" and "Mildon_Acoustic_Piano" to Zampler. (sample rate is 44kHz and 48kHz respectively.) It was the same tuning when sounding, so same pitch. But it was different when trying the same process at Dimension Pro. Moreover, Zampler differed in the pitch also from FL Key. FL Key and Dimension Pro were the same pitches in sound. Even if a sample rate is different, Zampler sounds with the same pitch. However, pitches differ compared with other things. Is this a problem which arises only to a sfz file? (I'm poor at English, so with machine translation.) |
