my own veggie burger recipe: boiled mashed chick peas, soybeans with a small can of lima beans and beets mixed in for good measure... for this batch I added soy chorizo. bread crumbs to bind it together & a little no salt seasoning blend. pan cook for about 10 mins.

served w/ cheese, ketchup, mustard and lettuce on toast, roasted red potatoes on the side. nummerlicious! Thumbs Up!

We tried this tonight...great stuff!! Smile Smile

Snack time! A small bag of White Cheddar Cheeze-Its and a cold Diet Coke!

Lunch will be a turkey and Havarti sandwich, on wheat.

No idea about dinner yet, there's a new burger place that opened up I could try, since I have to go to the Office Depot near it for an 8GB MicroSD card or my Zoom H2N... hmm. Or the deli next door for a Reuben! HiHi

Oreos and milk - yum! Very Happy

It's hard not to say I'm in love with this kitchen appliance, but I'm in love with that pressure cooker. Made smothered pork chops and rice in 23 minutes if you don't count browning time. All in one pot. Took 20 seconds to clean up.
Love Love Love
Plus my neighbor gave me fresh corn on the cob he picked off of his friends farm. Delicious.
