What synths were used for these worbling leads?

Hey!


I am trying to create worbly lead sounds like examples below. Clearly a lot of pitch/phase modulation being used. Does anyone know what synths were used for these (fairly old tracks AFAIK)?


0:50... The filter could give it away. Nice sound...

OK, well I figured that the virus sound is not so surprisingly from virus C.

OR

You can do the same sounds on Sylenth and Dune etc.
