I wish I could take credit for it, but that's Erik Wiegand, and not me. We get mixed up a lot by other people, much to his annoyance I'm sure... Laughing

@metal - same thing happened to me for some inexplicable reason. Oh well... put my Komplete 8 installer disc, ran R5 main installer, then the update installer, all fine now. An unnecessary hurdle, though.

I'll quote myself from the other thread:

http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=353701

I wrote:
As far as I know, you can't update directly from 5.0- you need 5.1.5 or higher.
If you don't have 5.1.5, it's on the updates page. Install from the original installer and update to 5.1.5. Then, update to 5.7.

Doh D'oh!

I'm sorry, I somehow mixed this up... ( Idiot )

But I actually meant you, I always very much appreciated your support on the NI forums back in the days (though you won't see me there much anymore...) !

Wish you well,

Frank

What would you hope to see in a Reaktor 6.x?

5.x seems to have it all.
