I don't even see how you'd be so offended with the comments I've made here.. I said nothing bad about the patches.. on the contrary, I said they sounded good!

I only found issue with the delivery method -- Turn this knob 31 degrees, raise this lever 8 stops, click your heels 3x together, and whistle in the key of Ab minor. So, as you can see, there is no reason for you to be so upset to revert to petty name calling.

The way you posted made me and others believe that you were the author of the sound set (although I'm sure that wasn't your intent). I think it was done in the spirit of good faith, wanting to share, but it seems to have gotten off on the wrong foot.
However, you started the juvenile name calling; please read the kvr forum rules.

It's odd that you chose this grandiose announcement as your first post and it makes it appear you are either the author or are closely connected to the author.

It seems like you are far too thin skinned to be happy as a member of KVR. The type of responses you received are common and when people have an opinion about something such as the "Facebook Like" scenario which has always brought heated discussion they are going to express that opinion.

So far you have come across as far less than "nice" yourself so if you decide to stick around you might as well get used to atmosphere here where people are going to speak their minds whether you like it or not.

I will say thank you for providing the heads up about this soundset even though I'm pretty sure it was some form of self promotion which is perfectly acceptable.

I have shared here and elsewhere because I really like this artist, and I support him... but this is something you do not know "to support an artist"

(Just a friendly word of advice. I am thinking the originator of the sounds has probably received as much promotional help from you as he can stand).

If you had written this or similar in your opening post it probably would have led to less confusion.

If you gotta "like" on Facebook then it is not really free, is it? Apart from that, i row up behind the people saying that this kind of distribution sucks. It ultimately makes you create a Facebook account, which makes some people who cover under the blanket of "Social Networking" to make money with the people joining their nice service rich. I will not support that.

Edit: The sounds are quite nice though and Vengeance Sound is awesome, but .
