Unless they are going to update some of their products or do something groundbreaking.........I don't think so. They seem to be hiring for quite some time, not a good sign in the short run |

I hope it is on bluray disks.. that way I would not have to flip through a dictionary-sized platter of disks to install. Which is a bit annoying.. and tedious..
I don't even have a bluray drive for my PC.. but I'd buy one if they'd offer Komplete on this medium.

50 Gigabyte dual layer Bluray disks > 8.5 Gigabyte dual layer DVDs 8 Ultimate comes on a USB HDD, so no disk flipping. ---- Say NO to developers who ignore the law! |

Woohoo!
Now I just need to come up with the money. As for the "I have enough stuff", I did mention that I want Reaktor, and it's cheaper to Crossgrade to Komplete 8 than it is to buy Reaktor alone. Plus it gives me Scarbee MM Bass. ---- Activism must be stopped! Dax IX (Music) | Ambient Online Cubase 7, A Few VSTi, Win8 Pro 64, AMD FX-6100, 32GB RAM, 3.25TB total HDD, SSD |

Hm, 99€ to upgrade from K7 to K8 doesn't sound bad. I don't really need the Ultimate stuff but to update Kontakt and Guitar Rig and get West Africa, Studio Drummer and Retro Machine as a "bonus" sounds reasonable.
BTW: can I get the upgrade somewhere else or online from NI directly? |

Geez, it's cheap deal central at the moment. Just said to myself, DO NOT BUY ANY MORE SOFTWARE...
... but the upgrade from Komplete 6 to 8 for £80 odd pounds can't be ignored. Surely a sign that NI are about to pull something out of the bag later this year? |
