This one looks interesting:
http://www.hor-net.com/plugins/hornet-multicomp.html Not a bad deal with the channel strip on sale, I guess. Though even the sale prices aren't probably close enough to other good deals to get me to jump on it. Plus, it's annoying that they don't seem to have screen shots. That's kind of shameful for someone selling plug-ins and websites. |

I didn't like the Multicomp at all tbh - while trying it out quickly on some drums, it sounded really bad to me. ---- 'I don't know what makes XT2 sound at least 15% better than XT1, but it simply does.' - DJT http://www.myspace.com/rustymagicmusic |

Good for you Jam97867 [sorry if I get the number wrong, I'm dyslexic when I drink wine], since you pretty much lined up the best VST compressors there is. You must have ears, and that's rare in this area. How dare you? Most people use their eyes around here to judge plugins. However, this banana compressor is really interesting. It pumps like a nice, big, fat, black, pumping dildo. It's great for pumping IMO. If you like that effect. If you don't, then enjoy your DC8C, OldTimer, or Glue, you poor unimaginative souls. However, there's like a 43647863 of those OTOH. Speaking of numbers. LOL How many animals and people died today? Do you know? I kinda keep count... and it's not that cheerful. Sorry, I lose myself from time to time... My wife is in Australia and I'm all alone drinking wine and making choons... KVR is my escape. Cheers! |

I said people like these and that I like this. alot of the times I will perfer my sknote stuff to alot of fancy looking plugins, like I love my GTS-39 comp its a great compressor. but if you want something to destroy a sound just use the DC8C with settings that do that. most comps can do similar things to others. |
