I wouldn't be surprised if this thread gets locked. The last one was locked because you couldn't answer questions regarding subscription. Now it seems that you are only providing three, two of which were previously free, reaktor products with a subscription? Quote: After Eletric, Hume, and Marx releases in this quarter, Yofiel is moving beyond Reaktor Also, "Hume is updated", with what? I have several old versions from when it was free, they all work fine in 5.7. What's all the fuss about? Marx also seems to work in 5.7. Is there something specific that you know doesn't work? With respect to your subscription, you need to be explicit. Something like: "If you subscribe right now, you will be able to download A,B,C ensembles which are known to work with Reaktor 4, D,E,F which are known to work with the latest versions....You can download A,B,C until <Date>, and we will support D,E,F until <Date>. After <Date> subscribers will no longer have access to X,Y,Z but will have access to new products" Honestly dude, I think that there's a tiny market for your reaktor arppegiator products and you can sell them to some people for some time to come if you figure out how to communicate with your customers and develop a workable pricing structure. |

Yes, I appreciate there are people eager to receive service. We are working on it. This announcement is that we are not supporting Reaktor any more. There will be news on new products next week. |

Meanwhile, if you are a prior customer and wish support, please subscribe to the Rekator newsletter on the home page, and it will provide detailed information on support for prior customers when it is ready. It could take some time for all prior customers to fund us. Heavensonearth went out of business three years ago. So, when we have enough supportive customers returning, we will provide more information on support for Heavensonerarth products from 2008-2009. Thank you. |

Meanwhile, if you are looking for a modular synthesis system, I can suggest looking at this:
http://www.patchwork-synth.com/ It runs in Macromedia Flash in a browser. The current version is free. Amazing, isn't it? |
