Has anyone heard anything about individual upgrades to the new V3 versions? Upgade for the full package for me is $99 and I'll most likely do it (great deal!) but haven't heard anything about individual upgrades. I.e. you have Analog Laboratory only.....will you have to stay at the current s/w version or will there be an update available? Or, is the only upgrade path to buy the Vintage pack? |

Knowing Arturia they probably didn't think that far ahead. |

normally, and this goes for all audio devs offering bundles, upgrading synths/fx contained within a bundle is pretty much the same as if you owned the individual license. if they release an upgrade for Analog Laboratory - and it's free for existing licensees, well then it will be free for the people who own it via the bundle license too. if they release an upgrade for Analog Laboratory - and it costs 50 bucks for the existing licensees, well than it will cost the bundle licensees 50 bucks to upgrade their Analog Laboratory too - or they can wait until the entire bundle license is upgraded. that's how it goes normally, and there are of course exceptions to the rule, but I dont believe Arturia will stray too far from the regular formula. Certainly my gut feeling is that if they veer from the formula it will be towards the side of fairness or generosity rather than opportunistic gouging. Maybe bundles are for you, maybe not, but this isnt a scenario isolated to Arturia {imo} |

I got the offer for 199 (i already own SEM V and Prophet V) but the code did not work at Checkout. I have submitted a support ticket. I thought about purchasing Jupiter 8V but for additional 100 i could get 7 additional plugins so i am tempted by this offer. Anyway if i have to pay the full price i'll either only get Jupiter 8V or even none. Ingo Waiting for a reply from Arturia. If i enter the Redeem code i get a message like this: "***No reduction currently available, please see the coupon restrictions***" Ingo Me too. |

I bought a version one analog factory and got a free update to 2.5. I believe Arturia does not charge for new version numbers. But if you want to add the new synths to your bundle then you have to pay for that. At least this is what I was lead to believe. ---- my music: http://www.soundclick.com/alexcooper Everybody is a genius. Exactly. I got Arturia Prophet V since it was released (including an USB dongle in the box at that time...) and i was able to use the latest versions without problems or having to pay an extra fee. Ingo |

Just for the statistics: I have three synths (Jupiter , Minimoog and Prophet; I bought them through audiomidi when there was a 3 for 1 sale some years ago) and my upgrage price to v-collection 3 is 199 .
I think I don't need new synths, but I may still decide to upgrade before the end of the promotion, given the price... I hope to resist to the g.a.s... |

I tried self-rationalizing that I didn't actually need any of the other stuff (already got my e-pianos and drum box sounds pretty well covered), but I have (occasionally) regretted talking myself out of a good deal, so I eventually went for it. All that, leading up to say.. I am completely knocked out by Spark Vintage Drum Machines! It goes way beyond what I was expecting from it (and sounds mighty! I got the V-collection upgrade ordered, downloaded, installed and registered. I purchased this primarily for the older Arturia synths I didn't have and the new Oberheim SEM (which is FAT, FAT, FAT). I was thinking Spark would be a nice extra ... Spark is INCREDIBLE. The authentic sound, the amazing ease of swapping up to 64 patterns per kit preset, the X/Y filter and the comprehensive variety of kits make this the best classic beat machine I've played on. I have tons of 808, 909, etc samples, but there is something about the sound of this one that is spot on different than the others -- not sure why, but the warmth is there. Wurlitzer was also a nice surprise with tons of alternate presets for a comprehensive pallet that reach far beyond the standard Supertramp Wurly which is also included -- from Wurly pseudo "organs" to the "chill" sounds. Great package, worth way more than the bargain upgrade price. However the bargain upgrade price is the only way I probably was able to consider biting -- so I'm glad they offered it. Now that I've played all the the synth, I'd buy the whole V-collection outright if I didn't own it. For those without any Arturia products, the V-collection is totally worth the current regular street price and will cover 99% of most peoples vintage synth needs. I am thrilled with it as well Oberheim SEM is awesome as well and sounds wonderful, as good as the best synths out there imo. ---- my music: http://www.soundclick.com/alexcooper Everybody is a genius. Any luck with a response from Arturia? I sent them a support ticket on Saturday but so far they haven't replied. When I enter the code it states that the discount is "0.00" which is why a discount isn't applied. There must be something wrong with their discount system. Anyone know how long it takes for Arturia to reply to support tickets? |

I just got an email that the inquiry will be transferred from the technical support team to the people at the sales department. Hopefully there will be a solution soon. Ingo |
