This project originally started as NI Maschine project. I posted an early version of the song that was very quirky and heavy on off beat synth sounds. That version featured my voice vocded and had some ethereal sounding pads in it.
The current version is very different from the original. It did not stay inside Maschine either and eventually migrated to my DAW. As things do, this track changed alot as I was working on it. Ultimately this turned into more of a "dance floor" oriented track but I'm not quite sure how you would classify it. Electro House? Acid House? Techno? Progressive House? Somewhere in there i'm sure Anyways - this is the first track that I have used my Moog Minitaur on - I look forward to using it on many more. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/51101674/MajesticSpaceCathedral/Door s%20and%20Windows.mp3 Or on SoundCloud; http://soundcloud.com/majesticspacecathedral/doors-and-windo ws |

I like it. I looked down at my right foot and it was moving. BTW: how many tracks did you use to make this piece? |

The moog minitaur was recorded in layers - some of them being dropped "down" into a single layer before I moved into the assembling the overall mix. Because of that, I guess I'm not really sure how to classify the number of tracks - If I remember correctly it was 11 tracks. |

Mouse on mars. I'm going to have to check that out. Thanks! Yes, do. Their stuff spans some style changes but the older material has some real gems. My fave discs: Iaora Tahiti Autoditacker Niun Niggung Edit, forgot some others: Agit Itter It It Rost Pocks Idiology |

This has changed a lot since you posted the original. For a house beat, this contains some very interesting rhythmic synth additions. I like the acid bleeping and flickering, and the groove is infectious.
Good work |

cool stuff, love the moog sounds, good job with them and the beats. One sound heard 4 times or so is particularly delicious |
