When I move alchemy samples to my external drive, I am prompted to locate these files when I open reaper and try to load this plugin. Once I point alchemy to the samples location on my ext hdd and click ok, reaper crashes. I have tried multiple times with no luck. I even tried reinstalling alchemy and choosing my ext drive path during installation.

No more issue is, when I load alchemy player as and choose 'restore factory defaults' in reaper preset menu, I lose all audio. I then have to delete alchemy from the FX chain and re insert it to make it work again. This problem on started after installing the free content pack.

My Setup:

MacBook Pro OSX 10.7.4
DAW: Reaper 4.25
Plugin: Alchemy Player Free

Adding a note to say this problem was solved via support email. It was due to a bug in Alchemy 1.25 that will be solved when 1.50 is released.

Peace,
Andy.

1.50? Has 1.30 been promoted? Smile

Sorry for a partial hijack, but I also see the download area has been reorganized, is there some new release due soon? Very Happy

Yes we've changed the version number to 1.50 Smile (that will be reflected in the next beta).

It's been a lot more work than we first anticipated, but the results will be worth it. We're "quite close" to the first public release candidate, just figuring out some last minute bugs on Windows.

Peace,
Andy.
