Regarding upgrading from (Aether + Breeze + Aether Presets) (i.e. "role your own" Perfect Storm 1.0) to Perfect Storm 2.0, we should have the necessary web store change ready for this tomorrow...

I will send an email and post here also.

OK guys, it proved to be a little bit of a PITA to implement, but we should have this working now. Indeed those of who who have acquired the Perfect Storm piecemeal have probably been with us the longest, and we deeply value your support. We are happy to be able to offer you exactly what you suggested:

Quote:
The Perfect Storm Details

Upgrade from The Perfect Storm Bundle 1.0 to The Perfect Storm Bundle 2.0, adding 2CAudio's new B2 plug-in.

Updates from v1.0 to v 2.0 are $149.95 normally, however: Upgrade for only $99.95 from now until Sept 01, 2012.

Yup. Already mentioned above. Everyone pays the same price of course...

Given the stick (by people like me), Andrew has responded to users reasonably and fairly. That's pretty decent of him.

The first point of criticism I had has been answered with the lowered upgrade price, so I will take that back. The other (evolved product branded as a new one) I still feel is a fair point (in a sense), but there's nothing that can change that anyway.

Fair is fair: I apologise for my harsh words. There was probably a better way to express my thoughts then what I wrote at the time. Hmmm, retrospect...

I had pretty much decided not to go with this ... heck, I have way too many reverbs already! However, I guess my curiosity got the better of me and I checked the demo anyway ... WOW, stunning! Love
Now you offer even better pricing as a Aether/Breeze owner, its just impossible to resist!
Thank you Andrew & 2CAudio.

Wow, B2 really is amazing. I had to hit record because what I was hearing was so cinematic.

Emotional piano through the 'gray hole' preset: Excuse the boring performance.

Alright, fine. You guys forced me to buy another reverb. I hope you're all happy now. Smack

I wasn't even going to demo it, but then I got the $99 upgrade offer and...yeah, B2 is worth the hype. Very Happy

That's a really nice example, any plans on extending that into a full composition?

Also, how much of that example was sampled material versus synthesized material, just out of curiosity?

Thank's - the high bells are physically modelled (Chromaphone) and the lower metallic sounds are sampled dumbbell plates from one of my Alchemy soundsets (4 velocities/6x round robin). But i have so much to compose here right now that this example will just stay an example, just a sketch made for relaxation and testing B2.

Is there anyplace outside of the 2C Audio page I can hear the B2 demos? The audio on their site seems to be broken on Safari 6.0.
