may I pay my homage to Hans and Howard for their superb sounds
and the chance to have a kind of Zebra-Diva hybrid

here is my little thanks

32 all new mostly cinematic patches,
all with XY controls assigned for modulations of the base sounds

listen here to some example sounds:

only one sound played at a time
single sounds demo

here is a little tune I did with the sounds

darkend demo tune

download the bank here

unzip the patches folder to your ZebraHZ presets folder
and please read the license

I hope you all have fun with these sounds and I can contribute a bit to the Zebra herd

Hi rsmus7,

Your License states: "you're not allowed to distribute the patches in any way,
as a bank or single patches, tho you may link to the authors website, and the location where you got the patches from:".

Does this mean I cannot upload them to the PatchLib?

Yep, I would like to keep them on my own space

But maybe later I will put them on the PatchLib

Sorry for my weird personal ideas

Hi,
i found these on the Web.

Synthesizer sounds (also known as patches) are not copyrighted! Furthermore, there is even a court order. (Az.: 4 Ds 22 Js 3980/1998; AK 665/99)Confused

Forget that court ruling. Of course synthesizer presets are copyrighted.

Only synthesizer preset formats are not copyrighted. Big difference.

I'm not sticking my hand in a legal hornet's nest. rsmus7 wants to be the sole distributor of his content and I'm willing to respect that.

We don't need lawyers telling us how to be civilized. Smile

I'd like to see that court order as well, if anyone has it. Purely out of academic interest. Smile I wonder what the exact reasoning is, and what it states about extraterritorial applicability.

Btw, arguably, synthesizer presets *in a bank* are also protected by the EU Database Directive.
