For all our customers with a V-Machine...... Today we've released TruePianos Lite for the SM Pro Audio V-Machine. TruePianos Lite includes highly optimized single preset versions of the Amber, Sapphire, Diamond and Emerald modules made from scratch specifically with the V-Machine hardware in mind. These great performing pianos are available from the customer area of our website. --- Roel / 4Front Technologies http://www.truepianos.com/ Could you explain us how can I get it? As it looks you have to be a registered customer (so you must own true pianos already), then you can download it from the user area, as they say here: http://www.truepianos.com/ It's really well worth a thought. Is anyone running it already on the v-machine (not the free one, this one) who can share his experience? |

the specs say almost any USB contoller can be attached. Does this include KLC MS20 keyboard? If so how would this work, does it need drivers to be installed?
what's the current feeling on V-Machines, i'm still thinking about getting one. They're 200 EUR from Thomann, and they do offer returns so i'm tempted. If anyone knows of a cheaper price in Europe please post it here, I heard it was 99 EUR for a short time from a store in Holland |

Don't know about the KLC MS20 Kbd in particular. I've used V-Machine with 2 M-Audio Axioms ( 49 & 61 ) and a studiologic somethingorother ( organ controller ). I did try it with my Line6 Toneport KB37 and it did not recognize it - I guess cuz the toneport needs a special driver while the others are generic MIDI/USB.
I still use my V-Machine regularly for live gigs and I'm glad I bought it. 99% of the time I'm just running VB3 and Minimogue on there, and between that and one other synth I've got my live rig totally fleshed out. V-Machine has been rock solid for a few years now. I am hoping that at some point they get the NI stuff figured out but in the meantime, it works for what I need it for. ---- I'm the best you can get, have you guessed me yet? Does anyone still believe the cpu upgrade will finally come at all?
I'm calmly starting to doubt it will ever happen after more than two years of waiting now... |

Trying for a very simple set-up...VB3 and a Delay only on the V-machine. This is working fine...however I want to use the audio input to run my electric piano through the delay too. Can't get any epiano at the output...tho' I can see the VU meter showing plenty of input.
I have VB3 loaded into slot A of mixer channel 1 with input L highlighted.... delay plug in channel A of MAIN mixer window...again with input L highlighted...No luck..(Have also tried delay as loaded into slot B channel 1...and also in the FX channel). Do I have to have a plugin loaded into slot A of all the channels ( 1 to 4) to get the audio input to continue to outputs??...Any help would be great...I'm tearing my hair out here!!.... ---- bhaymes |

Try using one of the FX send slots for the delay plugin? And then adjust the SEND levels for delay amount, or midi CC the send control so you can adjust on the fly ---- I'm the best you can get, have you guessed me yet? I'm the slime oozing out from your TV set. |

Thanks for the reply...VB3 and delay plugin are working fine ( I do have delay parameters operating with a midi controller)....It's the audio input from hardware electric piano that I can't get working...Thanks anyway ---- bhaymes |

then you need to go to the "2" tab ( or an open "channel" on VFX ) and click the little L and R in the input column to enable audio in, then adjust FX send level to send that input signal to your delay plugin on FX1 ---- I'm the best you can get, have you guessed me yet?
