Uploaded my attempt.
Thanks to Bluff Munkey for the very nice track, it really was a joy to work with. What I did to it : 1 x Jb Smash Pro demo to boost the highs a bit(too much) add warmth and EQ in general. 1 x Jb Barricade demo to work on the M/S and boost the sides a bit and compress the track. 1 x TLs Maximizer to catch the peaks and add some body. Here is a link to it : http://soundcloud.com/petervos/bluff-munkey-agent-reloaded Hope you like it. |

At the end of today if you need more time.
But now is time to listen to the various versions and learn something. I am still open to the idea about getting a professional ME in on it if everyone can pledge $5 or something. But I am not stressed if people don't want to. ---- Aiynzahev-sounds Resonance Sound Sound Designer - Soundsets for Massive, LuSH, DIVA, DUNE, Sylenth and others |

I'm willing to contribute $5 if we can agree on a pro-mastering. |

Okay, I will update the "bank" on the first post to reflect how much potential money we have. ---- Aiynzahev-sounds Resonance Sound Sound Designer - Soundsets for Massive, LuSH, DIVA, DUNE, Sylenth and others |

Okay, on the first post you will see the suggestions for an ME and the "pot". We have to decide on who we want to master it so we can compare their work with what we were able to achieve.
I don't know about you guys but this has already taught me a lot. 1. An ME has different ears from you, that alone makes it valuable 2. They know their room and their gear. They know how your track will sound in the real world 3. Communication is important, you must let them know what your going for 4. Most of the important part happens before you send it to the ME, he can polish it, but if its not working before you send it... ---- Aiynzahev-sounds Resonance Sound Sound Designer - Soundsets for Massive, LuSH, DIVA, DUNE, Sylenth and others |

I see you only have $5 pledged so far for a professional master. I will match that if it helps. Have you decided who will be doing the mastering, or should we leave that with Geoff? |

I don't know, I thought we might put it to a vote.
I'll say that there is $10 in the pot then. Actually I forgot to put my $5 in, so we have $15. ---- Aiynzahev-sounds Resonance Sound Sound Designer - Soundsets for Massive, LuSH, DIVA, DUNE, Sylenth and others |

Hey guys.
Once we get the Mastering Engineer version (and also i hope some tips from him), you should try this free app, for Windows, Mac and Linux. http://www.kvraudio.com/product/toscanalyzer-by-toscanalyzer -org Which is useful to compare 2 or more tracks. So we could make a comparison between our versions and the 'Pro' version from Mastering Engineer. Have a good day |

So this is a mastering contest. Then provide us with the individual tracks that makes up the song, and let the users master the full song. Since mastering isn't just the master channel. I'm currently too busy to participate this round though. |
