I can't repeat it using U-No-Lx 1.70 in MUX 1.0.38. I could repeat it with ValhallaRoom though, so i saw the issue before. Anyway, if it's repeatable, please email TAL about this. If they need my assistance in order to narrow this down, i'm open to that. But the menus are on plugin side, the research should start there. |

Hey you know you can drag-drop parameters directly on the front panel too? You don't have to map them to a meta-parameter first. Meta-parameters are only needed if you want to define a specific value range or when you want to group more than 1 parameter to a single knob or when you want to automate a parameter in the host. I'm curious what crazy MUX other people have built up. What is the largest MUX you have made? |

I'm pretty tame here on the ol' x86 machine. But mine are boring compared to yours anyways. |

Well I haven't made anything too fancy since. I was thinking about using a step sequencer with the MuDrumm module to make a drum machine but I don't know a proper step sequencer to use. There is StepChild but it needs the sequencer to run to hear the beats, which is a little limiting. But maybe I'll try than anyhow. I just got GeistLite though so it is more just to fool around than any necessity. |

Just so that I understand correctly: The current promo deal is cheaper and expires at the end of August, but the original (non-promo price) covers MUX v1 and v2. ---- DarkStar Interesting, if true ... |

Just got MUX and managed to create a layer of 2 instances of TAL U-NO-LX with assigning the detune amount of the layers to a Macro control and adding a MUX Limiter FX to each. Now i'm experimenting with adding some MUX effects (e.g. Reverb) into the preset.

As i wrote in the unoxl thread, i just completed my three layer unolx... I think this will be a common task for Mux and maybe could be made easier. With 50 controllers and three layers you'll end up with plenty of work. With the 16 controller limit you'll need to make muxes in the muxes. All in the spirit of creativity so i don't complain! braj, here's another 0-delay feedback filter: http://www.signaldust.com/p-sweep.html this one is free Mux is just nuts when it comes to creativity...! I've uploaded my triple-unolx here: https://drive.google.com/?tab=mo&authuser=0#folders/0B6XsMJP cijwYLU8yQkVURDE2d28 .. See if only WorkUNOLX1 is needed. The others, 2-5, are the muxes inside the muxes but maybe they are stored inside the first one (filesize would indicate that) ---- Mulab-MUX-Diversion-TX16Wx-SKNOTE-Charlatan-Valhalla-GordonSmith-YamahaTHR10-Trackspacer-TheDrop/Glue-Drumaxx-VOS-DC8C [i5 2500K @ 4,3GHz] [8Gb DDR3] [200Gb+ SSD][M-Audio Delta 24/96 PCI] |

How much more? Around 40% more. Anyway i found when i build the same kind of layers and effects inside an Ableton Live Instrument rack the CPU use seems to be the same. UPDATE: The CPU usage with multiple tracks is lower due to using multiple cores which currently is not implemented in MUX.
