Very glad to hear you're still on the go Could you share any juicy details about Silverbox 2? Here are some things I'd love to see : Ability to store multiple patterns. 32 or even 64 steps in the sequencer. A switch that bypasses the VCF tune dial and gives cutoff its extended range. Controller assignable buttons e.g. shift pattern, randomise pattern (Aye, I'm the guy that was pestering you about this via email Looking forward to it, my monies are ready. |

Quote: Ability to store multiple patterns.
Yes, this will be solved. Quote: 32 or even 64 steps in the sequencer.
I'm not sure if that's necessary, if you have multiple patterns? Quote: A switch that bypasses the VCF tune dial and gives cutoff its extended range.
This is for sure, the VCF tune dial will go, and I'll add cutoff extension range switch instead. Quote: Controller assignable buttons e.g. shift pattern, randomise pattern (Aye, I'm the guy that was pestering you about this via email
Sure, I hope to make that work Currently I'd like to set up a SilverBox mailing list for users, to discuss new version changes and the GUI skinning system, as that will need some work too. And maybe send out some pre-release alpha/beta versions for testing. There's a lot of work need to be done, but I'd like to discuss the changes with the users first, so that they can give their voice too. What do you recommend using nowadays as a mailing list? I've been using yahoo, but that's somewhat buggy and sluggish sometimes. What is recommended as a mailing list service? |

I'm not sure if that's necessary, if you have multiple patterns? I mean, if patterns can be chained together, to play loops longer than 16 steps, similarly to the x0xb0x sequencer. There are various ways to create the sequencer. These are the details I'll want to discuss on a mailing list, or some alternative. Is Facebook good for such discussions? Or shall I start threads here or KVR? I'm not sure what you guys prefer nowadays. I'm all ears. |
