Does anybody know how to change the color of the selected Category/Sub/Library/Preset bar? I'm not too fond of the green color. I've looked in the .txt files and .png folder. I'm using the Nightshade skin here but they appear the same color in the Factory default skin:

Hi,
Maybe someone else has the answer, but I haven't figured it out yet - need to speak to the GUI developer (Rob). It's possibly a number in one of the skin text files, but not sure which one. Peace, Andy. |

Thanks, I've looked at the most logical txt files and I don't even see any RGB or Hex values. I'm sure Rob knows the secret. As long as it's not hard coded into the .dll we should be able to change the color. ---- None are so hopelessly enslaved as those who falsely believe they are free. Johann Wolfgang von Goethe |

I spoke to Rob - unfortunately the selection bar colour is hard coded but there is a good chance he will change this to a use a value in the GUI text files.
The biolabs and Limeflavour skins would benefit from this, so I hope it will be done in time for the next point release (sometime next week, if all goes well). Peace, Andy. |

Great thanks. That explains why I couldn't find it then....... Yes we'll need access to this color for any custom third party skins or just edits to the factory skins. It would clash horribly with Limeflavour's orange skin. I know it's a trivial matter but every time I use the browser that color just bothers me....for the factory skins I would use a more neutral grey tilted slightly to the blue side maybe (RGB 80 80 100) instead of the current greenish color (RGB 80 100 100) for my own edit. Yes it would be great if we could get access to this color with the next update. Thanks again. ---- None are so hopelessly enslaved as those who falsely believe they are free.
