The All-in-One, Fully Featured, Professional DJ App

Image

IK is proud to announce that DJ Rig for iPad is available on the App StoreSM. DJ Rig for iPad takes professional DJ mixing tools, all in one convenient iPad app. DJ Rig for iPad greatly expands the feature set from DJ Rig for iPhone, offering numerous new capabilities that previously have only been available on professional DJ software for the Mac and PC.

DJ Rig for iPad is a fully self-contained DJ environment that can be directly connected to a sound system, but even more functionality is available when it's used in tandem with IK's new iRig MIX ultra-compact mobile DJ mixer. iRig Mix offers complete physical track control, thanks to its full-length channel faders and crossfaders, additional EQs, and direct connections for headphones, microphones, loudspeakers or a PA system. When used together, DJ Rig and iRig MIX provide a comprehensive DJ setup that packs all the features the most demanding DJs need — all in an ultra-light combo rig that can be up and running in seconds.

We established that it was two before (so the mods must have deemed the two remaining relevant) and I was clear that this relevant PR was going to be posted. We have a new release, why wouldn't we post it?

Why couldn't you just update your other threads like other devs do?

This is a separate product from the previous iPhone product update that I believe was the last DJ Rig post. I'd rather have left those unbumped and had this one, since this forum isn't quite as active as the other subforums here and the bumps over the last day or two brought too many to the top of it. You can remove those bumps if that's ok? I'm all for keeping it on the level and I'd think that's more applicable but I'm not a mod and open to your suggestions.

Edit - I've also reached out directly via PM with an effort to keep this to one thread. I hope that helps.

Who are 'we'?
There was 4 threads about this product. Mods deleted two, and then you even created this one, a 5th, with almos the exact wording and topic.
Your "obik" is obviously not the right man for this, whatever he is responsible for.

And call me "nutter" again, and I will go ballistic.

This isn't the exact same words, it is the PR that I stated was coming. I worked with mods to keep one thread and keep it most relevant to the release. I used an emoticon and didn't "call you" anything, no offense was meant - obviously it didn't lighten the mood as intended. This is the last I'll respond to what is now a non-issue, even according to two mods. If there are any pertinent questions, WE (IK representatives, mostly Obi and when I feel it necessary to participate) will be happy to answer. I'm not engaging in what Dean had called baiting but what I find merely irrelevant now that I've made an effort to rectify multiple threads. Have a great day.

Well this all got out of hand. I did a simple search for DJ Rig where an iPad version was talked about. I bumped them to update them that an iPad version was on its way. Sorry I didn't mean to offend anyone. We're just really excited about DJ Rig on iPad now. :D

At this moment there is only one thread, so I don't understand why you still have a problem.
Yes, there has been some excitement bumping threads, but hopefully that will be under control in the future.
So BMoore, please give it a rest.
And I can't find the word 'nutter' anywhere in this thread.

Your replys are always this annoying, and even finishing with a :D just tells me how this company doesn't know marketing or how to respond to paying customers.

After I pointed out there was 4 threads, and they 'sorted it out', they made a 5th thread almost exactly the same as an existing one.

And then using :nutter: (nutter) towards paying customers is a bit over the top.

But I'm out.

I've been watching DJ Rig for iPad on the App Store, etc, and found that people seem to be really getting what it is all about but I wanted to share a more inside view. One of the leads on the project wanted to highlight some of the pluses of DJ Rig for iPad and though I'm probably not supposed to post direct quotes from internal emails, this was a good and VERY succinct highlight of some great features:
the waveform view that turns immediately the product out of the "dj game" apps.
Synchronize beats, identify and set cues its natural as in a real deck.

The new loop surface, slip function and custom loop allow to been extremely creative when looping.

Pads section offer more than a basic features sampler and it's just started.
Forgive any grammatical inaccuracies, as this was straight out of Italy.
