Although we will make every attempt to do so, we cannot guarantee to replace lost activation key files and / or software downloads. Please make sure you keep a backup of any downloaded software and activation key files purchased - especially if you plan to re-install or update your system - and treat them with the same care as you would real hardware.
It is not uncommon for other commercial software providers to charge the full price for replacement activation keys.
The terms of the license permit copies to be made for your own personal use, however re-distribution of software or activation keys is not permitted.
Please note that when you purchase an activation key, the download link provided will only be valid for limited time / use, and should not be relied upon as a backup.
