Hope you can help with this one. I've been searching for this uplifter effect and can't seem to find it. its just probably a sine wave maybe a saw, depending on the exact sound you want.
then just automate an lfo to the pitch, and use a pitch shifter and automate it up |

It definitely has to be from a sample pack. more than likely vengeance sample from an FX pack as a good few EDM producers are using this uplifter.
