Fascinating forum this - I'm sure there some more recent posts than 2011.. but anyways, new macbook, Ufo crashes all hosts on start so I mailed them; I have heard nothing.

Am I the only person to have attempted this in the last few years?
If not, is there a better way to get support (assuming it is still available, though it doesn't look good right now) from them directly?

There is nothing else like this and if I've lost it from my arsenal :'(
