well, i for sure cant reach you from your site under "contact/send mail"..
"contact/forum @kvr" works fine. (tested with IE and FF) i'm talking about the top of your page.. the question i'm really interested is: i want to know from you how and when i will be compensated for the pre-order? thank you ---- "We will go no further. Here begins the land of shadows.."Last edited by murnau on Sat Nov 24, 2012 2:45 pm; edited 1 time in total |

I always answer support emails in the meantime. And that regulary! I also check the kvr forums every here and then, but if there are no new posts - what gives? You didn't finish and deliver the final version of Agonyx like you promised months ago. You disappeared with people's money. You tell me what gives? I didn't dissapear, i'm still here. Agonyx only sold around 15 times (pre-order). As i stated, Customers who pre-ordered it will be compensated. Agonyx is finished, it is stable and has around 100 presets... i wanted to deliver the "finished" version with more than 100 presets, unfortunately times are tough and i have to pay bills just like others. Perhaps that's the case of "trying this" and "trying that" - i apologize. But disappearing suddenly, while your customers didn't know what happened with Agonyx, and then some month later coming back to say that Agonyx couldn't be finished -- that's obviously bad behaviour. That's like if you would be ordered as a gardener to dig up someone's garden, and then suddenly you would disappear because you've noticed that you cannot get enough money with it and there are nicer gardens anyway. Would you confide your garden to this gardener?? |

I just tried it, and it works, send myself an email - got it 1 second later Customers who pre-ordered Agonyx will get a fully licensed version of Shortnoise as a compensation. EDIT: It's not, that i never delivered Agonyx. It was just that i couldn't keep my promise of delivering 400 additional presets for it. It was all about the presets in this case (it had 100 when i offered the $25 pre-order). Last edited by sonicfire on Thu Dec 20, 2012 2:30 am; edited 1 time in total |

But since i know it's no good behaviour to "grab" some money and don't deliver promises, that's all i can offer currently ... i'm sure noone will be dissapointed. |

I wonder if there's any terms and conditions for refunds for a pre-ordered product which did not get delivered. This all sounds kind of law free. I don't get the idea of pre-ordering a product anyway, what's the point? Don't get the point of offering your customers another product, which they probably don't even want, instead of refunding the money, also. Unless the money is short. |

Of course, the impression is now, this guy grabs the money and disappears without delivering the finished goods...even if this impression wasn't intended by you. While I can understand your disappointment that there were only 15 customers -- what I cannot understand is your hide-and-reappear-game, because it wasn't the first time... |

Ok, let me re-phrase it then: What's the point in offering a pre-order? At least that's what i meant. |

THIS is the main point - with the pre-order-income you can pay a good freelance programmer (but you need MANY customers). But in the case of Prodyon-Dennis, I'm sure that he programs everything himself, so it doesn't make much sense. Because if you aren't so trained in coding that you could solve most of all bugs, you cannot deliver the finished plugin and your reputation is getting worse and worse... |

But "only" with around 100 Presets. At that time i decided to offer a pre-order. My goal was to deliver way more presets, but i couldn't keep up. The plugin itself works. Yes, i do everything on my own (website, graphics, coding and designing). |
