Hi!
I've installed Cubase 7 and now I get a crasch when trying to open the Vaz Modular window. I've tried the different numbers from 0-2 in the Vazmod-file, "Plugin-editor", but it didn't help. I'm using Windows 7. /Kire |

It could be an ASIO problem. When I disable ASIO on my Delta 24/96 soundcard in Cubase, everything works fine. When I activate ASIO Cubase freezes when I try to open the VAZ window. |

VAZ freezes only when I try to open the VAZ window. I tried all of the three options in the mod.file (plugin editor). Nothing helps.
Would be very nice to be able to use VAZ again Anyone else with Cubase 7 and this problem? |

What kind of compatibility problems do you have? Using Cubase 7? Best regards, Kire I have a sequence where I used old Cubase instruments. I am running it now in Windows 7 x64. Cubase 6.5 opens it and plays it perfectly. Cubase 7 simply crash on opening it (and I cannot run it anymore afterwards). It hapens in both Cubase 32-bit and Cubase 64-bit. Although the second I could understand, becuase they are old plug-ins (like the A1), I cannot understand the crash in Cubase 7 32-bit, specially since Cubase 6.5 plays it perfectly. ---- Fernando (FMR) |

I doubt ASIO guard will cause trouble, more likely an FPU issue. |

FPU = floating point unit
What's really missing as I mentioned before is Cubase 7 to test with |

Well... I tested in another machine, and everything worked like a charm. Seems like my OS is what to blame for... Time to do a clean install, I guess. ---- Fernando (FMR) |
