My dad had a new defibrillator put in today. He's now in the recovery room eating pretzels and drinking coffee. :tu: :phew:

A new happy: The Star Trek ensemble for Reaktor. It's a new ensemble with the sound effects from the bridge of the original series Ennterprise. It's useless, but fun. :)

This is just like the coolest thing, it's so small but HUGE in the grander scheme.

I'm at guitar center. All I want it a pack of strings. In fact, I'm not even sure which ones. There is a bit of a line (actually, that is hard to tell at the GC accessories area) and I'm kinda feeling impatient but there was one guy who I thought was there ahead of me and I'm like, "go ahead". So while we're waiting he's just asking what I thought were normal guitar string questions. Turns out, he bought a set of what I was talking about FOR ME! Wow, I mean, I'm kinda embarrassed. What a cool dude. What a nice gesture, I didn't need it. Trust me, I can swing a set of strings  but it was just a shocking kinda really cool thing.

Can't wait to pass it on!
