Aplha 3 crashing Sonar X2 Pro x64

Everytime I try to load Alpha 3 into Sonar X2 Pro x64,it crashes Sonar

This is the only plugin that does this...

I am using the Sonar Pro X2a update in Win 7 Pro x64...

I like Alpha and it would be nice to use it in my DAW...
