I hav'nt been here for a long time because of a lot of sickness with my 2 older sons. Thankfully, things are finally looking up.
Anyway, I was hoping I could get some feedback here on a song or two that we've (my wife and I) have just finished two days ago!?

I LOVE many of the song's from the 60's so, the 1st song "It's Alright" is an effort to write a 60's song but with modern sounds. It also only goes for 2:41 which, is the shortest song I've ever written.

The 2nd song, "Gonna Do It My Way" was recorded as a sketchpad with nothing recorded "properly." I even had the Air Con on the entire time, but the more I listened to it the more I liked it so, I hit "Render" and there it is. It is a quirky Rhythm and Blues number.

They're both recorded in our little Home Studio with my wife and I playing and singing it all. We use Reaper, VST plugins and guitar and bass. I sadly have to use a Drum Machine, but I try and drown it out.
Anyway, I'd appreciate your views. Thanx from Oz
