below zero the last few mornings (tomorrow too), everyone is making a big deal...me? I got my 1700 amp jump start pack for my car charged in case I need it but otherwise this weather doesn't bother me much...as I see it zero and below (F) is no different than 100° in the summer when it comes to extremes...but I'll take the 0° over 100° anytime Shrug

I was going to say that, while I'm jealous of your current weather, I'd much rather have a few days or a couple weeks of sub-zero weather during the winter than to have to put up with your temps and humidity during the summer.

It still gets hot here during the summer, but not like it does there.

Ice storm coming in and a weather advisory. No one would pay any attention to this back in NH and just think they might lose power for a while. Down here it means that everything stops, schools are canceled, there are tons of automobile accidents because everyone thinks they're an expert NASCAR driver, etc.

Going home early but can't wait to get to the other side of this crap.

More like 130 with a high chance of firestorms. It's like living on Venus.
