Does anyone know how to make the "buildup" that alesso and dirtysouth uses in their tracks?

It just sounds like a Sawtooth that is pitched but i have tried alot to get the sound but i cant achieve it.

you're right, but don't forget its in the context of a mix..so all alone it won't sound the same.
