KVR: Bug stormgate3 with midi CC

hi,

tested with reaper 64 and an dsi evolver and araldfx_stormgate3_107demo.exe :

sending 2 tracks of midi cc work fine, but when i actived the third midi cc track, stormgate produce bad midi data

i've tested with 2 occurences of stormgate3 with 2 tracks of midi cc it works fine.So it's not the evolver
